We have designed a number of projects for commercial and civic clients. These have included a design for this commercial building at its entry and parking court. Large sweeps of plants were chosen to make bold gestures in the beds along the driveway and parking area. A row of blackstem bamboo adds movement and visual interest and is fronted by a broad golden swath of summer-blooming Black-eyed Susans.

For the Portland Garden Club, we redesigned and reinvigorated the planting in their entryway and perennial garden.

The Town Club hired us to redesign their service entry to accommodate its current features (a staircase and sitting area) as well as an wheelchair-accessible ramp. We used brick retaining walls to fit all functions into a small space and blend the new construction seamlessly with the historic building.
